1. About this policy
This policy explains how Superagent (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, stores, shares, and deletes information when you use the Superagent application at agent.breakingtrailtech.com.
2. Information we collect
Depending on the features you use, we may process:
- Account information: your name, email address, profile information, and account identifier.
- Content and activity: your prompts, agent responses, files, saved preferences, connection settings, and activity needed to provide and secure the service.
- Connected-service data: information you authorize Superagent to access from services such as Google.
- Technical information: service logs, error information, device or browser information, and security events.
3. Google user data we access
Superagent requests only the Google access needed for products you activate:
- Google identity: basic profile information and email address, used to identify the connected Google account.
- Google Ads: account and customer information, campaign configuration, and performance reporting. Superagent’s Google Ads tools are read-only and do not create or modify campaigns, ads, bids, or budgets.
- Google Analytics: Analytics account and property information and read-only reporting data.
- Google Search Console: verified site properties and read-only search-performance data.
- Google Sheets and Drive: files created by Superagent, using the limited
drive.filepermission. Superagent does not request broad access to the rest of your Google Drive. Writes require your approval.
You can activate or turn off Google products individually. Because Google uses one combined authorization for these products, choosing Disconnect all Google access revokes the Google grant and removes every Google product from Superagent.
4. How we use information
We use information to:
- authenticate you and show which account is connected;
- provide the connector, reporting, analysis, file, and agent features you request;
- maintain your selected accounts, properties, sites, and product permissions;
- protect the service, prevent abuse, diagnose failures, and provide support; and
- comply with legal obligations.
When you ask the agent to analyze connected data, the relevant information may be processed by infrastructure and AI service providers acting on our behalf solely to deliver the feature you requested. We do not use Google user data to train generalized or non-personalized AI models.
5. Google API Limited Use disclosure
Superagent’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
6. How we share information
We do not sell or rent personal information or Google user data. We may share the minimum information necessary with service providers that host, secure, support, or process the service on our behalf; when you direct us to send information to another service; when required by law; or to protect users, the public, and the service. Service providers may process information only for the services they provide to us and under applicable confidentiality and data-protection obligations.
7. Storage and security
OAuth tokens and other connector credentials are stored per account and encrypted at rest. Superagent uses access controls, authorization checks, secure transport, and operational safeguards designed to protect information. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.
8. Retention and deletion
We retain information only for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the service. Turning off a Google product stops Superagent from using that product. Using Disconnect all Google access revokes the Google authorization and removes the stored Google connection. You may also revoke access from your Google Account connections page.
To request deletion of your Superagent account or associated data, email risewithjo@gmail.com. We may retain limited records when required for security, legal compliance, or fraud prevention.
9. Your choices
You can choose which connectors and Google products to activate, disconnect products in the app, revoke Google access directly, and request access to or deletion of your personal information by contacting us.
10. Children
Superagent is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as Superagent changes. We will post the revised policy here and update the date above. Material changes may also be communicated in the application or by another appropriate method.
